Heirloom Vegetables

Here at Renaissance Farms we focus on growing heirloom varieties that are specifically adapted to northern climates. When there is no suitable variety, we opt for open-pollinated seed.  We NEVER use GMO seeds. Our aim is to preserve special varieties for their beauty, hardiness, flavour, and nutrient content.  Below are some of the varieties you’ll find.
