Last week, we received a text from our oldest daughter, who is a server at Twigs Café at Tower Hill Botanical Garden.

Their chef, Eli served microgreens grown on our farm to the lunch crowd.  It is incredibly gratifying to work with chefs who value local farmers and locally grown and raised foods.  We are so pleased and humbled to be on the plate at such a wonderful venue.  Be sure to stop by over the next few weeks for Winter Re-Imagined.  Then stop by Twigs and order something off their menu.  ANYTHING you choose would be a perfect luncheon.  Taste some other local farms, too.
