How We Grow

Our herbs and flowers are cultivated without the use of synthetic chemicals, ensuring that everything we grow is as pure and natural as possible. The farm follows principles inspired by permaculture and regenerative agriculture, fostering a harmonious balance between soil, plants, and pollinators.

Hand-Harvested and Dried with Care

Every plant is hand-harvested at its peak to preserve its potency, colour, and aroma. After harvesting, we dry everything right here on the farm. Our drying process is designed to gently preserve the plants’ natural qualities, ensuring they retain their vibrant colors, delicate scents, and full medicinal and culinary benefits. This is achieved either by ambient air drying or by the use of a solar drying shed which requires no energy to operate.

Crafting with Purpose

Much of what we grow finds new life in the handcrafted creations available in our shop. Our herbs are used to make:
