Eggs! – Renaissance Farms

The gals have begun laying again – a sure sign of spring. It sure is cheery to see those lovely high orange yolks!

firsteggs — We had a half dozen yesterday morning. They're just too good not to use!

And they make beautiful pancakes for breakfast!
