Contract us to supply your restaurant, catering business or organic food shop with quality, holistically managed meats, eggs, dairy products, and produce.  We can also raise specialty livestock,  or grow particular varieties of vegetables, and herbs specially for you.

You will also appreciate our seasonally available, wild harvested products including fiddleheads, ramps, grapes, and berries, and our exclusive black birch products (available Spring 2012).
